Introducing your company and services. This will be designed to give people an overview of your company and direct them to whichever part of the site is of most interest to them

Up to 6 Product/Information Pages

These pages will go into more detail about specific areas or products of your business. You will be able to access these through the menu system.

Up to 5 images per page

These images will either be embedded into the content or be displayed as a slide show depending on your preferences and what suits the page in question.

4 Content Categories Setup

Every site needs structure and to provide this we use categories eg, general, products, services. For smaller sites this is not so important but as your site grows, and it will, it allows you to build your site in a way that is far more useful to your customers and search engines.

Contact Us Page

This page will have all of your contact details on. It will also have a contact form which people can fill out to contact you. When they fill out this form you automatically get an email of their query to answer. The site also stores a backup of the query in case you ever need to access it again.

We change the standard way Joomla is installed. This makes your site far more secure from hackers.

One Click Backup System

Yours site comes with Akeeba backup installed and set up. This means after you login with your user name and password all you have to do is press one button and the site will perform a full backup, keeping all of your work safe.

Enhanced HTML Editor

If you log in you can surf the site as normal and if you want to change something you can then just hit an edit button and make changes or upload new images. Training videos are supplied. Its as easy as using word or facebook.

K2 Installed

This gives far more layout options and control then a standard Joomla install. We do the difficult part of setting it up and all you have to do is enjoy the benefits.

SEF URL's

URL's are the long address bars at the top of every page eg. http://www.beaconinternetsolutions.com/joomla/setup.html. SEF stands for search engine friendly. Having short ones that describe the page you are on is a major factor in ranking in search engines (which we all want).  Joomla as standard comes with very long ones which do not describe the page so we change the way it creates the URLs to make your site far more friendly to both search engines and users.

We have tutorials to teach you as much or as little as you want to learn about your site and how to run it. If you want to pay us to make the updates and run your site for you thats fine, we're happy to do that and the way we design sites it takes very little time to make changes, so we charge far less than most other designers to do it. But we do believe that knowledge is power and the more you know about running your site, the greater your chance of succeeding on the web. We'll teach you everything you need to know about running and updating your site. Our tutorials are either written or video that you can access through our site and they cover not only how to update your site but much much more. We add to them all of the time and as a customer you'll get access to all of them. We don't just cover how to update your site but we cover every thing
